Patek Philippe Annual Calendar 5150R from 2001.This watch was created by Patek Philippe to celebrate the 150-year anniversary between the Swiss brand and Tiffany & Co. as its exclusive agent in North America.
This model was the first Patek Philippe designed exclusively for a retailer, hence its rarity.The engraved caseback reads "Patek Philippe & Co: Tiffany & Co: 1851-2001" and is set against a backdrop of Patek Philippe's headquarters in Geneva.Patek Philippe chose to use flat numerals and hands, as well as placing an oversized “T” at 12 o'clock. The watch was made in limited editions of 150 pieces each in yellow, white and rose gold.
